All in all, it was a fantastic three days as I met some gorgeous horses (both real and model), I caught up with some great friends and I even met an Olympian over the weekend!
I left early on the Sunday (just after lunchtime) as I had to get home and work on some hospital applications for my 'fifth year' at university to work. Needless to say, leaving early to finish it off and send the applications was worth it as I have two interviews out of a potential four lined up already (they got back to me awfully quick!) so that is something to look forward to.
I am also, as of this evening in fact, flying to Madrid in Spain to pursue a research project for my studies. This does unfortunately mean I will be taking a step back from the hobby for the time being, and with this being my final year (and a Master's equivalent at that!) future commissions and artwork will be slow... But the Utterly Horses Hullabaloo 2014 sure did bring a fantastic end to the Summer, as usual!
I stumbled across this photo taken last year of some of us on the Saturday late afternoon.
I know some other people are yet to upload photos so when they do I will share some of their images, but that is all I have to say for now. I hope I wrapped up the event well for you, as if you were there, and to ROLL ON NEXT YEAR! (... although not too sure if anyone wants to think about next year *just* yet, some of us are still recovering! )
