Two more Breyer Models

The first one I completed is Breyer's Bluegrass Bandit. I painted her to a blue roan overo and she already has a home lined up, so will be posted out this morning to her new owner. She has individual hair detailing as well, which at first I was wondering what I was letting myself in for, but I am glad I persevered because she looks so much better with them!

I only did one layer of the little hairs as I didn't want to make her look too woolly. I think it is enough, it is subtle but you know it is there.

I think it is a really nice colour choice for this model. There aren't too many breeds that can be shown in this colour so its good to make use of it when they can!

Next up is a Breyer Cigar custom. I repainted this one to a simple fleabitten grey. He reminds me of Desert Orchid about to fly over a jump, a famous racehorse that used to win endless races here in the UK.

This one is for sale: if you are interested, feel free to contact me using the form on the side of this website!
